  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Metallicluxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

  • Any additional charges due to remote areas will be informed before dispatch.

Delivery Information

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Metallicluxe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos are required as proof for claim processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received from the customer.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
